Thank you to all of our loyal Polar Express fans!  

We tried many different options and configurations, but unfortunately,

this year, we find we cannot safely produce the

Polar Express™ Train Ride under the current conditions.

We are still working on producing a safe, socially distanced, holiday-themed event at the museum, so stay tuned for the details!

The Etix Box Office, its phone center and website, are the only authorized outlets for tickets to THE POLAR EXPRESS™ at the Galveston Railroad Museum. We do not allow tickets purchased from any other sources, such as brokers or secondary market web sites. We urge patrons to purchase tickets only from Etix Box Office.

When you buy from someone other than the Etix Box Office:

• We cannot guarantee that your tickets are genuine
• You almost always pay more than face value
• We cannot replace lost or stolen tickets
• We cannot contact you with information on show cancellations, time changes or other useful information

In the event of an emergency cancellation due to weather or mechanical failures, performance(s) may be canceled.  If we issue you a refund for a ticket due to a canceled or postponed event, we will issue a refund of the ticket price paid, reserved parking price and all service fees. In no event will delivery charges or any other amounts be refunded. If a refund is issued, it will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets in the name of the person who purchased the ticket. We will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a canceled or postponed event.
